How will my order be shipped?

Within the U.S. we ship via USPS Priority, Ground Advantage, and UPS. Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days.

Please note that USPS Priority Mail shipments are guaranteed as a 2-day delivery from the time your order leaves our facility. If you need something expedited, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on your package weight and the location the package is being delivered to. Customers will be able to see the shipping charges at check out.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

What happens if my shipment is undeliverable?

We ship to the address specified in your order. If that address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned to us, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again and we will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost and $5.00 restocking fee.

My order arrived and is incorrect, now what?

Occasionally, we may make a mistake! If you receive your package and something is amiss with your order contact us right away so that we can promptly solve the issue.
