Refund policy

We check all of our products to make sure that they are top quality.

*Please note that returns must be pre-authorized by Red Hickory Design before sending them back to ensure a smooth and efficient process.*

Refund for defective/damaged items:

In the case that one of our items arrives to you damaged or defective, we will readily accept returns free of charge for a refund.

  • A photo will be required to show us the defective product
  • Contact us: within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send items back: within 7 days

 We accept returns for non-defective products:

  • Contact us: within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send items back: within 7 days of delivery

Conditions of non-defective product return

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags and security seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refund amount will be calculated by purchase price minus original shipping cost (shipping fee and sales tax on shipping) and a restocking fee of $5.00.
  • If you are unsure of the suitability of a design before ordering, please contact us so we can provide additional assistance.

We don’t accept cancellations, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We don’t offer exchanges, please contact us to initiate a return and to place a new order.
